Osmaston SurgeryThe Osmaston Surgery will be holding an adult only (no children) drop-in flu clinic for the over 65’s and under 65’s who are eligible on the following date between 8.00am and 12.00pm: Saturday 13th November 2021.
Attending a Flu Appointment
Please queue in an orderly manner making sure you maintain 2m social distancing.
Face covering to be worn at all times whilst in the surgery.
Where possible please attend alone unless you require the aid of a carer (the carer also needs to wear a face covering at all times).
Please give some thought to your attire. You will need to be ready to expose the top of your arm, so that we can immunise you as quickly as possible.
There will be no toilet facilities available due to infection control.
There will be limited parking on site, please use alternative travel arrangements if possible.
Patients in Care Homes
The Surgery will be arranging flu vaccinations for all of their patients in care homes.
Housebound Patients
For patients who are truly housebound, please telephone the Surgery as usual, so that we can add you to the waiting list.
