Osmaston SurgeryDr Prem Sagar has been retired from our practice since July 2021. He has worked at our Practice for more than 15 years, gained a great reputation among his patients and also within our team. We will miss him and wish him the best to his future life.
We have successfully allocated patients whose named GP was Dr Sagar to other current GP partners. If you are not sure which GP you have been allocated, you can easily find the record from your NHS app or the Patient Online Access Service.
