- 24th December 2021: 08:00 – 16:00
- 25th – 28th December 2021: Closed
- 29th & 30th December 2021: 08:00 – 18:30
- 31st December 2021: 08:00 – 16:00
- 1st – 3rd January 2022: Closed
- 4th January 2022: 08:00 – 18:30 (back to normal opening time afterwards)
Please allow us at least 2 working days for routine prescription request. Please also use online service for your prescription request, test result, medical records or any other non-urgent admin enquiries.
We have analysed patient demand in the run up to Christmas and New Year in 2019 and 2020. This data shows there is a greater demand for appointments in the days prior to bank holidays and lower demand on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, particularly in the afternoons.
Therefore, we will be working hard to ensure more capacity and appointments are available at the beginning of the weeks leading up to Christmas and New Year to ensure a smooth transition to the Out of Hours GP service operated by DHU 111 from 16:00 hours on 24th December and 31st December 2021.
