19th July Onwards

Dear Patient,

We believe you have all been aware of the national plan to lift the COVID restrictions across the whole England from 19^th July.

We as a General Practice in NHS healthcare settings, by carefully assessing our premise and people risk on COVID infection control, we would like to see face coverings and social distancing remain mandatory after 19^th July till a further notice released. Also, you may still be expected to book a telephone appointment with a doctor before being offered a face to face GP appointment if needed, as well as the pre-screening that still carried out by our receptionist when you are invited to come in to the Practice.

NHS England has also urged for the COVID restrictions to be still placed at general practices. For more information, please see www.england.nhs.uk
