Nurse Clinics

Within the surgery we have a team of five nurses helping us meet your health needs.

We offer appointments with a nurse to discuss ongoing Chronic Disease problems such as:

• Diabetes
• Asthma – if you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please complete our form.
• Chronic Bronchitis
• Heart Disease
• Stroke
• Antenatal and postnatal care
• Well-person check up

We offer general appointments with our nurses for:

• Dressings
• Vaccinations
• General health advice
• Treatment of Minor Injuries – (for example minor burns needing dressings only, minor cuts not needing stitches)
• Cervical Smears

Phlebotomy Clinic (Blood tests)

Monday and Thursday mornings – appointment required.
