Our Patient Participation Groups, or PPG for short, is run by volunteer patients and our practice manager to help strengthen the relationships between the practice and you, our patients. We usually run a Thursday late afternoon PPG meeting on site or virtual meeting during COVID with all PPG members as well as some invited practice staff. It is a good opportunity to get known what happened within the Practice and allow us to listen to patient voices from the representatives.
We welcome patients from all different ethnic backgrounds and different age groups.
We strongly believe the ideas, feedback and suggestions contributed from our PPG benefit us to improve our patient experience.

All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
