Attending a Saturday Flu Clinic Appointment

Please queue in an orderly manner making sure you maintain 2m social distancing.

Face covering to be worn at all times whilst in the Surgery.

Where possible please attend alone unless you require the aid of a carer (The carer also needs to wear a face covering at all times).

Please give some thought to your attire. You will need to be ready to expose the top of your arm, so that we can immunise you as quickly as possible.

There will be no toilet facilities available due to infection control.

There will be limited parking on site, please use alternative travel arrangements if possible.

Under 65s “At Risk” Patients

These Clinics are for the Over 65’s and the Under 65’s “at risk” patients.

These will be on:

  • Saturday 10th October 2020 – 08:00 – 12:00
  • Saturday 17th October 2020 – 08:00 – 12:00

Both are Drop-in, no appointment required.

Patients in Care Homes

The Surgery will be arranging flu vaccinations for all of their patients in care homes

Housebound Patients

For patients who are truly housebound, please telephone the Surgery as usual, so that we can add you to the waiting list.

50-64 year old age group

Please note that people in the 50-64 year old age group will not be vaccinated until November and December, providing there is sufficient vaccine, and no appointments will be offered for this age group until then.  This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first.  If you are 50-64 and you are in one of the other groups which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this challenging time.
