Important changes to our opening hours

From 1st April 2019 the surgery will open from 8:00am daily.

ON-LINE APPOINTMENTS

You can now book a limited number of GP appointments via the website. Please ask at reception for your password, for those already requesting prescriptions on-line it is the same password.

Along with 5 of our neighbouring practices (Macklin Street Surgery, Wellside & Charnwood Medical Practice, Friargate Surgery and Derwent Medical Practice), we are working together to provide greater access and additional appointments to our patients.  Please see the Appointments tab for further details.

'Livewell' is a lifestyle service for people registered with a doctor in Derby. It offers free 12 month programmes to help adults and children improve their health and wellbeing.

Livewell also provides NHS health checks to our patients aged 40-74 who do not suffer with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease.

The Stuff aim to promote independence and social inclusion to young disabled people aged between 16-25, who are living in Derby City and Derbyshire.

 

Disabilty Direct is a Charity that aims to facilitate independent living opportunities for disabled people.
